1:1 Counseling: Virtual ONLY

Currently, I am only meeting with clients 1:1 virtually, but in-person sessions and group sessions may be coming soon!

Costs/Insurance

I currently do not accept insurance (yet), so we can agreed on a cost per session via sliding scale.

Specialties

I am certified in Clinical Trauma therapy (CCTP) and Clinical DBT practice (C-DBT), but I also have experience with addictions, military and their families, anxiety/depression, etc.

Holistic Approach

We utilize a holistic approach to mental health, integrating various therapeutic techniques to address the mind, body, and spirit for comprehensive well-being.

My name is Rebekah Cloninger and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based out of Columbia, South Carolina. I graduated with a Bachelor's of Art in Experimental Psychology and a Minor in Counselor Education with Leadership Distinction in Professional and Civic Engagement from the University of South Carolina--Columbia. I graduated with a Master's of Art in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Columbia International University in May 2023. I have led both individual and group counseling sessions.

What should I expect during my first session?

During your first session, we will discuss your concerns, goals, and background to create a personalized treatment plan. This is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have. There will be some paperwork for us to complete together!

Do you accept insurance?

I apologize for any inconveniences, but I currently do not accept insurance. I offer a sliding scale fee for those who cannot pay the base rate of $100/session. We can discuss the specific rate during the initial consultation.
